Your role will be to support the Salesforce Application Manager in the maintenance of the Sales Cloud system in Advidi. You will be working directly with one of the most dynamic teams in the company and making sure that their business process needs are supported through technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day user support and problem resolution

Ownership of rudimentary maintenance and development tasks

Administrative tasks such as keeping versioning and documentation up to date, and housekeeping of the system

Assisting in creating reports / data analysis for different stakeholders

Assisting new developments for both the frontend and backend of the system

Assisting in the implementation of new integrations with other systems used in the company
Qualifications

Analytical thinker with a knack for translating business requirements into scalable solutions

Self starter who is able to work independently
-
Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Bachelor degree / working towards a degree in Business Administration or equivalent

General understanding of and experience with CRM systems
-
Experience with Sales Cloud or other Salesforce modules is a plus
